Teensand children who have been targeted by bullies often struggle with things like anxiety, depression, thoughts of suicide, and low self-esteem for years after the bullying has long since ended. To cope with these negative consequences, some kids even resort to self-harming behaviors like cutting or burning themselves. Bullyingis done intentionally to cause harm to others and is often repetitive, and it causes a long-term effect of bullying on the minds of the victim. Bullying is seen at work, school, or home, in fact everywhere.
